Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC provides Catering Service, Event Catering, Wedding Catering, Party Catering, Full Service Catering, Caribbean Catering, Italian Catering, Catering Company and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://mocascaribbeantastellc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://mocascaribbeantastellc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Moca's Caribbean Taste LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
